Step-by-Step: How to Reconstitute a Peptide
1. Clean Everything
* Wipe both vial tops with alcohol pads
* Let them air dry (don’t blow on them)

2. Draw BAC Water
* Pull air into your syringe (same amount as liquid you plan to draw)
* Insert into BAC vial and inject air (prevents vacuum issues)
* Draw desired amount of BAC water

3. Inject Into Peptide Vial
* Insert needle into peptide vial
* Slowly inject BAC water down the side of the vial
* ❗ Don’t blast it directly onto the powder (can damage delicate peptides)

4. Let It Dissolve
* Do NOT shake
* Gently swirl if needed
* Most peptides dissolve within a few minutes

* Refrigerate after mixing (typically 36–46°F)
* Keep vial clean and sealed
